What I've achieved

While at Hayes Media (ecommerce growth agency):

As a one-man creative team, I made and ran the ads, landing pages, and offers used on Meta, TikTok, and Google for multiple brands.
Built the processes and systems to then hire and train the team.
Then I re-built those systems to be AI-native and today, they allow the team to make a higher volume of diversified ads at lower costs.
